Orders & Cancellations
All products are made to order and sent directly to our print partner upon purchase. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Production & Shipping Times
Orders are produced within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 days of purchase. Please note that our print partner does not operate on weekends or holidays. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs & Upgrades
Shipping rates and upgrade options are calculated at checkout based on your location and available carrier options. We offer what is listed during checkout and are unable to modify shipping methods after an order is placed.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately if the items are fulfilled from different locations. Please check your order history for multiple tracking numbers before contacting us about a missing item.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer assumes responsibility for any loss in value.
Personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless there is a verified printing defect or error on our part.
Gift Packaging
As items ship directly from our print partner, gift wrapping is not available. However, you may include a personalized gift note, which will be printed as a JennX.store postcard and included inside your package.
Custom Design Requests
We love collaborating! If you have a custom design idea, reach out — if it's within our skill set, we're happy to discuss it. In most cases, we don't charge for custom work, as the design typically gets added to our shop. A win for everyone.
Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
